Corporate Social Responsibility
At Amber Capital Armenia, our commitment to responsibility extends beyond our investment portfolio. We direct targeted support to non-profit organizations focused on youth development, children’s health, community development and social impact across Armenia.

To date, we have supported three programs that reflect our commitment to the country's long-term development and create lasting impact.
Solis CJSC, managed by Amber Capital

Solis CJSC, the holding company managed by Amber Capital and combining a portfolio of solar power plants, announced the early completion of the public placement of its debut USD bonds (AMSOLSB21ER8), arranged by Ameriabank. The bonds issued on June 4, 2026 were fully placed on the primary market by June 29, 2026, ahead of the originally planned end date of July 30, 2026. The issue volume of the bonds was USD 2 million, with a coupon rate of 8% payable quarterly and a circulation period of 48 months. Specifically, 20,000 bonds were issued,each valued at USD 100.

Health Fund for Children of Armenia

Social support
